If Homeopathy is new to you and you would like some more reassurance on what to expect, please feel free to call me to discuss your condition in total confidence and without obligation, prior to the initial consultation. Face to face consultations are ideal but we all lead busy lives so I am happy to treat patients using email, phone, instant messaging or even Skype webcam, whatever suits you. For the same reason if you can’t take time off work to see me an appointment outside normal clinic hours can sometimes be arranged.
Initial Consultation – Fee - £50 including remedy and any resulting phone calls.
Please allow 2 hours for this. We will discuss your condition, medical history, emotional makeup, likes, dislikes, dietary pattern and habits. The more I find out about you the easier it will be to find YOUR remedy. You may not get your remedy that day, as much more work is needed to cover all the aspects we discussed and plan your treatment. If not, it will come by first class mail within 3 days, with full instructions, though of course if anything needs clarification please do not hesitate to call me.
Children’s appointments may sometimes be better handled if split so the parent/guardian is present for part of the appointment without the child, and can be on separate days if that is more convenient. The fee will remain the same as for 1 appointment.
Follow up appointments – Fee - £35 including remedy if required (not always necessary) and resulting phone calls.
Generally about 45 minutes and about a month later. We will discuss your reaction to the remedy, any changes, new symptoms.
Even if you have a very good response to the remedy, I must stress that
it is important to keep this follow up appointment, and preferably 1 further follow up, to make sure that we are going in the right direction and to give you the chance to talk about things you might have forgotten! Also, some symptoms will respond more quickly than others, so don’t get despondent about the remedy not working. If the remedy hasn’t worked in your view we need to find out why and correct it. It could be something very simple that we didn’t address at the first appointment. Also you are sometimes completely unaware of any improvements and it isn’t until you are asked how various things are that you realise you are getting better!
I am afraid I am unable to simply give a repeat prescription without speaking to you about your progress. If you cannot get to the clinic we can do a phone, email or Skype consultation.
Family rates – Details on request.
